Principle Technician / Senior Technition - IT Operation

( Selangor - Subang Hi-Tech)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring the 24x7 applications, network elements and servers that under Information Services Division (lat, MCCS, VOMS & MPOS).
• Preliminary analysis on the CRM trouble ticket and to record/escale to the right team or PIC.
• Provide the shift operational and handover report between staff that working on shift.
• Backup for Centralize Backup System (24x7) tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering or IT.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Telecommunication industry or IT related field.
• Experience in troubleshooting problems related to system Applications or Servers.
• Readiness to work in demanding situation and be assertive to the situation.
• Good command in speaking and writing in English.
• Willing to work on rotating shift and own transport.
